1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lines Locked website, app, or any related service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only

All picks, analysis, statistics, projections, and other content provided through the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or guaranteed betting advice of any kind. Lines Locked is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or sportsbook, and no content provided through the Service should be treated as a guarantee or promise of any outcome.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Past performance of any pick, model, analysis, or strategy does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain, and statistical edges described through the Service do not assure that any individual wager, pick, or subscription period will be profitable.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any and all betting or wagering decisions you make, including any losses that result from those decisions. Lines Locked does not place bets on your behalf and has no involvement in, or control over, any sportsbook, exchange, or platform where you choose to wager. Your use of any information provided through the Service to place a bet is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

5. Eligibility and Legal Gambling Age

You must be of legal age to engage in sports betting in your jurisdiction to use the Service. It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with the gambling and betting laws that apply to you, including the laws of your state, province, or country. Lines Locked makes no representation that the Service, or wagering generally, is legal in every jurisdiction, and you must independently confirm that your use of the Service and any related wagering activity is lawful where you live.

6. Subscriptions and Refunds

Access to picks and analysis is provided on a subscription basis and billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Once a subscription period has begun, or once picks have been delivered for that period, the subscription fee for that period is non-refundable, regardless of whether you use the picks provided or the outcome of any wager you place. You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no partial or full refund will be issued for the then-current period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lines Locked and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or gambling losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Lines Locked for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the total amount you actually paid to Lines Locked in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lines Locked and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to a third party claim against Lines Locked resulting from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

9. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

Lines Locked may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
